Emme's Assistant: Ancillary Team

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

  • Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Contributes to the business by helping the managers/owners to complete salon task in all areas of the business including checking out customers and addressing complaints

  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries

  • Schedule appointments

  • Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

  • Monitor and maintain salon equipment

  • Control inventory and relevant supplies

  • Salon duties may include opening, maintaining and closing of the salon

  • Uphold company values, conduct and standards

  • Be open minded and creative

  • Be calm and composure when dealing with customers

Emme's Service Provider: Core Team

  • 1 to 2 year experience in nail services, waxing, esthtical services, and/or eyelash expentions preferred but if you have the aptitude and share Emme's core values, we will train. 

  • High school diploma generally required

  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures

  • Knowledge of computers and relevant software application

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Professional personal presentation
